From Manufacturer to Your Home
You choose a model on Batharena and place the order with us. We pass it to the manufacturer, who builds or pulls the unit from their U.S. inventory and prepares it for freight.
The manufacturer's carrier delivers to your address, and we coordinate the schedule so someone is there when the truck arrives. Larger units ship crated on a pallet with a liftgate service included.
Your warranty is registered with the manufacturer under your name from the delivery date. If you ever need a replacement part or a service call, our team opens the ticket with the brand on your behalf.
