What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card payment is the only checkout method we offer.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, professional installation is included with all sauna purchases within our service area. For locations outside our service area, we can recommend certified installers in your region.
What warranty do your saunas come with?
Our saunas come with a 5-year structural warranty, 3-year electrical warranty, and 1-year warranty on glass and fixtures. Extended warranty options are available at purchase.
